WB INJURY CLINIC
About Me
I’m a qualified Sports Rehabilitator with over 20 years of experience, including time in the military, where I worked with marines and service personnel recovering from a wide range of injuries—from severe back pain and amputations to knee issues. I believe strongly in education and self-management: the more you understand your condition, the better equipped you are to manage it. No one should have to live in daily pain.
I’m registered with The British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT)—similar to physios, but with a stronger focus on exercise-based rehab and hands-on guidance to ensure it’s done right, which is often half the battle.
That’s why the clinic I run is so beneficial.
I’ve also worked pitch-side with Navy rugby (men’s and women’s teams) and completed the RFU pitch-side trauma course. Most recently, I’ve supported county-level golfers and have a particular interest in golf-specific mobility and strength, being a keen golfer myself.
I’m passionate about rehab and committed to helping you understand and manage your symptoms for a better quality of life.
